Our cakes contain no meat, alcohol, or any animal products except milk and cream. They are widely acceptable to Muslims, Hindus, Sikhs, and Christians.

Possibly. We usually decorate the cakes on the same day to ensure freshness. If you have a genuine, and unfortunate reason to cancel your order for which a deposit has been paid, we may be able to give you a refund, provided we have not made the cake.

Please contact us with your special requirement, and we will do our best to make it.

No. You can have someone collect it on your behalf, but please give them your order form, or name and the order number. We advise you to ask the person collecting to send you a quick picture of the cake by phone message, to make sure you are happy with what you ordered.

We do not use nuts in the manufacturing process, but some of our cake designs have nuts as a topping. For this reason, we cannot guarantee 100% nut-free cakes.

We have a delicious selection of egg free cakes; all our egg-free cakes are vegetarian and halal friendly.

Not everything is suitable for vegans, but we do have a growing vegan range!

Cakes are made from all-natural ingredients – free range eggs, proper English flour. This also means they are halal-friendly, as we do not use any alcohol in our baked goods either.

Sometimes we get super busy, and we must close days in advance, so the next day option is not always available, especially in busy holiday periods.Every product has a date picker so you can choose the day you want to receive your order for. If the day is greyed out, we are closed for deliveries that day.

Yes, you can please call us by phone or WhatsApp, and we will take your order.

Please email us as soon as you can, and 2 whole working days before the order is due for delivery or collection.
